Grown in the Northwoods of Wisconsin

Specialty mushrooms, seasonal produce, and grass-fed beef — grown with care.

Raised on open pasture

Our cattle graze freely across 200 acres of Northwoods pastureland, rotating through fields to support soil health and natural forage cycles. At Tribys Farm, our family has been raising grass-fed Black Angus cattle for over 30 years, guided by a deep respect for the land and the animals in our care.

We raise our cattle on pasture using organic and regenerative practices. While we no longer maintain formal organic certification, our standards and care remain the same. We do not use synthetic fertilizers, routine antibiotics, or added growth hormones, focusing instead on transparency, stewardship, and raising high-quality beef from start to finish.

Seasonal produce, harvested fresh

From crisp early greens to bold, earthy root vegetables, we grow seasonal produce designed for real flavor. Hand-harvested and offered at local markets, our vegetables showcase the richness of Wisconsin soil and careful cultivation.

In our high tunnels and raised garden beds, we cultivate a variety of herbs and vegetables throughout the growing season without the use of synthetic pesticides. These harvests supply fresh produce for market and provide ingredients for our value-added products, allowing us to extend the flavors of the farm beyond the season.

Fresh, Functional, and Flavorful

Our indoor grow rooms allow us to cultivate high-quality specialty mushrooms with close attention to environment and timing. We grow a range of varieties, including oyster mushrooms and Lion’s Mane, for both culinary use and functional value-added products.

Each block is carefully monitored and harvested at peak maturity to ensure exceptional texture, flavor, and quality. From fresh mushrooms for cooking to dried, powdered, and extracted products, we focus on growing with intention and delivering with care.
