Our assorted trays usually consist of 2 of each variety we offer, although due to the temperature sensitivity of mushrooms, there may be instances where certain varieties are not available or may take longer to grow than others. In these instances, we will substitute those varieties with the ones we have in stock. Please let us know if you prefer one type over another, and we will do our best to provide it for you. You can also order a single variety of your choice by specifying it in the message box.
