Returns and Replacements:
Terms
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds but will replace any product that is damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@mushroomsreach.com within 20 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- In order to receive a replacement, please email us a picture along with a description of what’s wrong with the product to hello@mushroomsreach.com.
- Please contact us with any problems, and we will do our best to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
